When I was randomly surfing online I discovered such a nice webpage for English learners. It is a sheer English environment that most of people here are English lovers. I would also like to have a soul harbour to trace down the momentous occassions in life and at the same time to polish English with great fun.
To talk about the momentous occassions in our life, some may hesistate to speak up, some may be lazy to find their words and some, may just idle their time away doing nothing meaningful. At this point of my life, I am however earnest to write about my life, or rather, to record a new and thrilling experience as a new mother. By so doing, I will have second retrospection about myself and turn the tumult of life into a rationally organized learning process.
Thus, this overall diaries are dedicated to my little 2 and half month baby, nana, whose coming is such a genuine gift granted by God. I would like to devote all myself to her, as a wise parent. The first thing to realize this dream of mine is to record her growth in a mother’s perspective. I would like to talk to her here as if she is able to listen to me now; I would nurture her with my words, making her aware of the world in my view.
Here I am, fresh and determined, to blog with my heart; and more than that, to contemplate life with my brain.

The greatest thing about a business trip is it breaks all the routines. No more hours spending in front of the computer, looming over the deadline; No more chores after chores at home; No more traffic jam. Different views, different feelings.
On the way to train station, driver S kept telling me about office gossips—-half of them are not true or exaggerated. I smiled when I remembered office rule No.1 : never, never offend a driver. It was fun to start this trip like that. Even the long hours in the train were easily to kill. I spent a whole time reading Linda’s Dying to Please—very great way to cheat away the journey. After check in, I had my dinner nearby. Then I spent sometime hanging around. Things had changed a lot in the last three years, but I could still find my favorite restaurant, snack foods, and stores. It is really great to spend some time alone like that once for a while. When I went back my room, everything was put into order again. That’s the advantage to live in a hotel. No matter how messed up your room is, it always tidied up in time. Like magic, you snapped your finger, and everything was put back into their assigned place. Meanwhile, you can enjoy yourself with the luxury a five-star hotel could offer. The spa was really soothing, tomorrow night I would devote myself to a hard workout. Forget about my laboring lung, perhaps it is a way to cure it.

With House, Castle, 24, Lie to me stepping into final one after another, I would be deprived of all the episodes I like if there is no Harper’s Island to fill the void.
Harper’s Island is too bloody to my taste, but besides that it got all to attract my eyes: romantic wedding and series killer, loyal and betray, love and suspense, the darkest desire, the bloody history, people plucked up one by one–sort of Agatha Christina’s Style. The puzzle would not be solved until the last minute.
If allow me to make a wild guess about the ending, so far I would say Henry makes a perfect suspect. Why? First, the least likely suspect is usually the guy. Henry was supposed to marry the girl of his dream, and he was supposed to be the happiest man in the world if those murders didn’t occur, which made him the least unlikely to commit those terrible crimes himself. That’s where I second-guess the murderer and decide that he might be the one. Besides, without his wedding, all those people would not gather together in this cursed island—especially the key person—Abby. Second, Henry appears to be a charming, honest, and upright man—too perfect to believe. And Mr. Perfect usually doesn’t exist in such story. Third, there comes the Motive. Henry’s parents died of an accident many years ago, but no more details about this accident. Perhaps it’s all about revenge.

I have been half hoping for and half dreading your arrival. Am I a
good mother? Will you love me? Will you feel happy to be brought
into this world like that? A thousand questions have flowed into my
mind, and i don’t have the answers.
To have you growing inside is a wonderful journey, but also it is a
great challenge to me. It is like somebody put a fragile life into my
hands, and i have to hold it with extreme care everywhere at every
moment. I want to take care of you so much that sometimes it would
engulf me in a sudden wave of unbearable fear.
Yesterday I went to the hospital for my first check. All I want is to
confirm that you are OK, that you are healthy and nothing went wrong.
But when I went into the overcrowded hospital, when i saw so many expecting mothers streamed into the rooms, somehow I knew my simple expectation might not be fulfilled easily. My doctor, a nice old lady, gave
me too minutes rough exam and told me:” Yes, you are pregnant. Be
careful in the first three month.” “I suffer from irregular heartbeat, does it effect….” My quick and eager enquiry was cut short immediately:” Ask a cardiologist for advice.” That’s it, that’s all i got. And the doctor went for

It has been a very long time since I last met my little cousin, but accidentally he stepped into my dream last night. In my dream, he was sorrowful somehow. He smiled to me as usual but told nothing about his sore. I didn’t ask anything about his coming back home, but I knew what had happened to him. I could do nothing but only to accompany him to wander around the countryside, where we lived together in our childhood. When walking on the lane, every one welcomed us back and wondered whether he brought his girlfriend back to the countryside to see his old house. Surprisingly finding out it was me, they couldn’t help shouting out. Nobody knew that graceful lady standing beside him was me because they couldn’t imagine that slight girl had become a lady.
My sister and I went to grandma’s home before our primary school, because my parents worked out and had no time to look after us. That time uncle and ant were also far away from home. Due to the whole countryside was lack of material resource, it was a really hard time and everybody tried their best to earn money. So grandma had to take care of her big family and the six young grandchildren. I still remember those days and grandma’s smiling, her shouting, and her beauty. Her grandson, my little cousin was born as a naughty boy and usually did wrong, which usually upset grandma. Grown-ups were always worried about their children catching too much sunshine or becoming the wild kids, so did my grandma. Therefore, grandma always told me not to get together with my cousin. I was a very introverted and quiet girl, but I gained my little cousin’s care. In those days, I always acted as his bride when playing games. I often said to grandma that I would like to be his real wife when I grew up. That became a joke playing by the grown-ups all around the countryside. Whereas, with time goes by, I gradually understood that would never happen because we are real cousins with the same blood.
Grandma has been dead for nearly 15 years. Both my little cousin and I went back to our parents’ home and we couldn’t see each other very often. However, time didn’t change our friendship. He left the hometown after we graduated from the middle school. Then we had less and less chance to see each other or get together. This time I don’t know why he comes into my dream. But in the dream, his girlfriend left him without saying a word. In order to get ride of the great sore, he came back to our hometown and found me. We walked together as before, wandering around the countryside. The lane and all those flowers were still there, but grandparents had gone and all of the little playmates had got married. The pond behind grandma’s old house had disappeared, and the forest in which we used to play hide-and-seek had changed into another fruits garden. Seeing those familiar scenes, I tear.
